Medical Blogging the new treatment

Business Wire states that blogging is now reaching a new audience of consumers. Doctors are given a chance to talk directly to the consumer. This could open a whole new realm of discussion of a medium.Â
While blogging is growing exponentially, 72 million blogs in 2007 compared to 35 million in 2006, medical blogging is a relatively new phenomenon. There currently exists approximately 700 medical blogs in the blogosphere. Prija, any update for us? Am i right in saying the cut off was the 1st of the 9th or is it the 9th of the first? …. i understand there’s a difference in how we all write out dates. Either way it doesn’t look like this is getting any legs … unless you can tell us otherwise??
