Still sounds over-priced :P I'm no expert, but I don't think a Linux desktop will catch on at Wal-Mart. People who go to such a place to buy their computers will undoubtedly want it to work with all their other computer stuff ... which is most likely Windows-based. It's made by Everex and they make use of Google apps (along with other applications). Much like how Dell computers come with Windows preinstalled.. doesn't mean the computer is made by Microsoft :) Although naming it gOS does make it sound like a Google product which is probably what they were going for.
