Due to a long battle with the lawyers from my previous investors.. the movie was a long halt. However, the movie is still going forward with my personal investments. The movie will move forward. The delay was occurred because the investors wanted to have more creative control of the movie. I couldn’t let that interfere with the integrity of the concept I wanted to create.
For those that have waited, I appreciate your patience. I could not talk about the matter due to the legal advice of my counsel regarding the potential investors. Now that they are no longer in the picture I can slowly start to blog again. Cheers. The movie has been set back a little. However I wanted everyone to know that we might start filming in the fall. Thank you again for your support.

Business Wire states that blogging is now reaching a new audience of consumers. Doctors are given a chance to talk directly to the consumer. This could open a whole new realm of discussion of a medium.Â
While blogging is growing exponentially, 72 million blogs in 2007 compared to 35 million in 2006, medical blogging is a relatively new phenomenon. There currently exists approximately 700 medical blogs in the blogosphere. Unlike many other medical blogs which are written by doctors for other doctors, Dr. Val and The Voice of Reason speaks directly to consumers. Read full article.

Blogging is here to stay.
Perhaps that’s because, over the past decade, the blog has morphed into something much louder–and more lucrative. Barger never planned to make any money from his Web log, and he never did. But today’s blogosphere is a more mammon-driven place. Viewed through the lens of business, one might say that blogs are even coming of age.
Steve King, a senior fellow at the Society of New Communications Research, estimates that blogs attract between $50 million and $100 million of ad money a year, a figure that’s multiplying rapidly. Read full Article.
This fuels lots of drive for this movie to get completed. It’s a driving phenomenon that needs to be showcased. This movement is starting to get more recognition from the centralized media networks. Blog ON!

I had a chance to meet Raanan Bar-Cohen at Blog World Expo. He’s a passionate humble guy. He has lots of insights. Hopefully I will get a chance to showcase their platform in the movie.

NY times states that blogs are resourceful way to market your small company.
That tool is blogging, though small businesses with blogs are still a distinct minority. A recent American Express survey found that only 5 percent of businesses with fewer than 100 employees have blogs. Other experts put the number slightly higher.
But while blogs may be useful to many more small businesses, even blogging experts do not recommend it for the majority.
Blog are becoming more popular with corporations. However it would be difficult to create a blog for a company if they only had a few products or services. Blogs feed on constant updates. This is why gossip and tech blogs to so well.Â

Happy belated! From popular belief that Jorn Barger coined the term blog on December 17, 1997 by combining “web” and “log”, Blogging is now 10 years old. Not everyone will agree with that he coined this term due to the updated journals before that term came to existence, however he was responsible for that term.
Blogging has come a long way from html codes. With platforms such as xanga, blogspot, typepad and wordpress; it has made it easier for someone to start a blog. There are still many who do not blog yet read many. Once someone can find a way to bridge this gap. Then blogging will become a part of everyday life. Where all our opinions and thoughts can be intertwined with web. Making the web an enormous storage data of the masses.
This storage data is growing at an exponential rate and some would say that it is only the beginning.

Like all blogs, there comes a time where you start to wonder why you started. Is the money, the fame, or just the pure idea of leaving the 9-5?  There is no real contest or hall of fame that can justify your existence of an idea… until now.
ShoePerStar is hosting a one of a kind contest that is going to give you a chance at fame.
One lucky blogger will grab a free flight to Austin (within the continental US), 3 nights hotel, conference pass and $1,000 spending cash. All you need to do is register below and blog about why you should be selected as the ShoeperStar!
So, lets recap this.. one lucky? I doubt it should be a lucky blogger, they should re-name it as worthy. One worthy blogger! Simply put it should be me and let me tell you why. My name is Prija Phaphouampheng and you need to elect me as the ShoePerStar because I live by my 5 codes: Positive, Passion, Persistence, Paper and Play.
Postive
In life you are granted with certain obstacles. Everyone is dealt different cards. Yet in life everyone has the same two choices to make. To have a postive outlook or a negative. Being positive in a way of life. People need to realize that shit just happens. It does not happen for a particular reason, they just occur like random acts. I’ve noticed that by being positive, it creates contagious effect where people flock to you. Â
Passion
Positive energy creates a path. To travel through this path you need a vehicle and this vehicle is your passion. My passion is to expose what blogging really is. It’s not some fad, that will come and go. It’s a phenomenon that is crunching out more that 120,000 new blogs a day. The documentary about bloggers will show the truth strength that millions of bloggers have a voice and they are choosing what is to said and heard.
Persistence
With your passion as a vehicle you need fuel. This fuel tank is represented by your persistence. The funny thing about is, persistence can fluctuate on a daily basis.  My constant drive for success comes from the fact that my family came from nothing. I want to be able to change our lifestyles in one generation. It’s a pressure that I put on myself because I believe I can make a change.Â
Paper
Now that there is a path, vehicle and fuel there needs to be a direction. That direction I strive to is the Paper. Paper referring to the money. It’s not necessarily money itself, but what money can buy. The paper will free my parents from working, giving back to my community and family. I want to free people of this stigma that they have to live the life they were born into.Â
Play
There needs to be a balance. With the journey comes the time to actually enjoy the ride. I’m a firm believer of work hard, play harder. Have fun with your work. We spend most of our lives working. It’s roughly 8 of 24 hours a day. That’s a good third of your adult life working. By going to Austin, I know that I will not only work hard, but enjoy my time like a true big money blogger.
If you believe I am worthy enough, please vote for me.Â

With the recent news from John Chow and Mr. Gary Lee it looks like AGLOCO is done for. Yes, everyone loved the idea of an all advantage version 2, but the numbers didn’t make sense.Â
Business models fall into what economics known as the S-curve. It’s where all the business has saturated to a point where it can no longer reach a higher level.  It has reached it limit. When it comes to this point there is only 2 options; a possible buy out or business failure.Â
Business models need to not only have the hype, but they need to have the research backing to support such ideas. I believe another like-company will emerge trying to fix the bugs where AGLOCO couldn’t capitalize on. Until then, we will wait for the next big idea.
